    Arrive Guwahati airport / railway station and meet our executive and after a warm welcome drive to hotel and check-in.     DAY 2 : GUWAHATI LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
    Early morning breakfast - Start your sightseeing tour and visit Kamakhya Temple - Situated atop the Nilachal Hills, the foremost shrine of Assam, Kamakhya is an ancient seat of Tantrik and Shakti cults of Hinduism - The temple offers grandstand views of the river Brahmaputra and its surroundings - The reigning deity here is Goddess Parvati (Sati) - Legend has it that the body of sati was dismembered and it is believed that of the pieces of her body which were scattered across the land and fell on the Nilachal hill - The temple here is called Yoni Pith - The shrine finds mention in the inscription of King Samudragupta’s pillar at Allahabad - A rush of devotees throngs the temple during the Ambubachi Puja - Close to Kamakhya temple is Bubhaneshwari temple from where one can have a panoramic view of the Brahmaputra River and the city - Navagraha temple, Umananda temple, state Zoo - You can have ethnic Assamese lunch in Paradise / Heritage Khorika / Delicacy restaurant (Payment will be as per package inclusion) - Evening free to roam around the city - Overnight at Guwahati
     
    DAY 3 : EXCURSION POBITORA WILD LIFE SANCTUARY
    Morning drive to Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary. It is almost 60 kms from the Guwahati city. This wildlife Sanctuary is famous for the Great One Horn Rhinoceros. Eventually in this Wildlife Sanctuary one can finds the highest density of population of One Horn Rhinoceros in the world. Apart from Rhino, Elephant, Asiatic Buffalo, Snakes, Monkey, common Indians & migratory Birds also available. Elephant / Jeep safari is available in this Sanctuary (Depending upon road condition inside Park). Back to hotel – Overnight stay at Guwahati.
     
    DAY 4 : GUWAHATI DEPARTURE
    After breakfast check-out from hotel and directly proceed to Guwahati airport / railway station for onward journey with everlasting memories.

    DAY 2 : GUWAHATI TO SHILLONG
    Morning after breakfast visit Maa Kamakhya Temple. After that directly proceed to Shillong (Shillong is also called 'Scotland of the East"). En-route visit Umiam Lake (commonly known as Barapani Lake), Water Skiing, Water scooter & other water sports activities.  Arrive at Shillong and check-in at hotel. After refreshment visit Don Bosco Museum, Ward’s Lake and Cathedral Church (If time permits). Overnight stay at Shillong.
     
    DAY 3 : CHERRAPUNJEE SIGHTSEEING
    After early breakfast check out from hotel and explore some sightseeing of beautiful Shillong like– Lady Hydari Park, Ward’s Lake, Shillong Peak the highest peak of Meghalaya which is at an altitude of 1965 meters above the sea level, Elephant Falls, definitely the most popular tourist site of Shillong. Also you can explore the Sacred Forest. Next proceed to Cherrapunji which is credited as being the wettest place on the Earth. On the way you can visit the Duwanshing Syiem a panoramic view point of Meghalaya. Explore the major tourist attraction of Cherrapunji i.e.- Wah Kaba Falls, Garden of Caves, Dain-Thlen Water Falls, Arwah Cave, Nohkalikai Falls, Eco Park, Mausmai Cave, Seven Sister Falls, Thangkharang Park (Wednesday closed) etc. Back to hotel and overnight stay at Shillong.
     
    DAY 4 : EXCURSION TO MAWLYNNONG & DAWKI
    After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Dawki, a small village where the main attraction is the Umngot River that marks the natural separation between the Khasi and the Jaintia Hills. You can enjoy boat riding on crystal clear water in Umngot River (Shnongpdeng village) which is shared by India and Bangladesh. Take a glance of Indo Bangladesh Gate. After Dawki sightseeing, drive to Mawlynnong Village known as the cleanest village in Asia and the God’s own Garden. Visit the Living Root Bridge, a natural bridge formed with the roots of the trees. A little hiking is required to see the magnificent bridge. Enjoy the rural lifestyle inside the village, experience Tree House (watch tower) made by the local people of the village. After completing the sightseeing return to Shillong and stay overnight at Shillong.

Evening if time permits enjoy river cruise on the river Brahmaputra (Timings: 12.30 PM - 2.30 PM for Lunch Cruise, 4 PM - 5 PM for Sunset Cruise, 8 PM for Dinner Cruise). After breakfast we will take you inside the Estern range of the park in a Jeep safari, after completion of the Jeep safari check out from the hotel and proceed to Shillong, also called as “Scotland of the East”. It takes almost 7 hours to reach the destination. While traveling you may visit the Lum Nehru Park at Umium and majestic Umiam Lake (commonly known as Barapani Lake) wrapped in the beauty of an assortment of green Khasi-Pines and surrounded by sylvan hills and blue skies.     DAY 4 : DOUBLE DECKER ROOT BRIDGE TREK AT NONGRIAT
    After an early breakfast, we will go on a guided trek to the Double Decker Root Bridge. Drive to Tyrna village, which is starting point of the trek and the last stopping place for vehicles. A trek of over 3000+ steps, through sacred groves of trees and across narrow suspended bridges over rivers is a steep flight of steps which is narrow at certain junctions. The path passes by a number of houses with well-maintained bush fences. As the stairs conclude, the route is followed by three suspension bridges over rivers and a forest trail that succeeds it. Then the occasional ascents and descents on the forest trail continue until reaching the gates of Nongriat. The scenery of the place is beyond description. Your will get amazed of walking over the roots which is quite scary at the beginning but once you start, it will end with great enthusiasm. The pleasant sound of waterfall and the picturesque forest all around will provide you an altogether different experience with the mesmerizing feeling. Here the double-decker living root bridges overlook a series of naturally forming swimming pools. Soak in the natural pools below the bridge and relish the beautiful sight wondering the making of the double decker root bridge. After spending some time at the bridge, trek back to Tyrna. After a tiring day, return back to the hotel in the evening and enjoy your stay at the hotel overnight in Cherrapunjee.

    DAY 1 : ARRIVAL GUWAHATI
    Arrive Guwahati airport and meet our executive and after a warm welcome drive to hotel and check-in. After a light refreshment visit Sankardev kalashetra, Basistha Ashram, Science Museum and Balaji Temple (All depends on time). Evening is free and after dinner overnight stay at Guwahati.
     
    DAY 2 : GUWAHATI TO KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK
    Morning after breakfast visit Maa Kamakhya Temple. After darshan transfer to Kaziranga. On the way visit Tea Gardens. Arrive Kaziranga and check-in hotel / resort and after dinner overnight stay at Kaziranga.
     
    DAY 3 : KAZIRANGA SIGHTSEEING
    Early in the morning (5:00 am) we will start for Elephant safari (Elephant riding time : 1st Ride – 5:15 AM to 6:15 AM & 2nd Ride – 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM) at Western Range (Bagori) / Central Range (Kohora) of Kaziranga National Park, for one hour and back to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, visit Kaziranga Orchid Park to observe more than 500 varieties of wild orchids found in all North-East Indian states, 132 species of sour fruits and leafy vegetables, 12 species of cane, 46 species of bamboo and a wide variety of local fishes.
    Later, Observe Assam tea plantation and the teams of tea garden female labourers plucking delicate tea buds and leaves with their nimble fingers. Visit the company outlet of Hathikuli Tea Estate (factory visit not allowed by concerned authority) for purchasing black pepper, white pepper and different kinds of organic Tea.
    In the afternoon post lunch, enjoy jeep safari in the Central Range (Kohora) of Kaziranga National Park. Back to hotel and overnight stay at Kaziranga.

    DAY 4 : KAZIRANGA TO SHILLONG
    After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Shillong, also called as “Scotland of the East”. It takes almost 7 hours to reach the destination. While traveling you may visit the Lum Nehru Park at Umium and majestic Umiam Lake (commonly known as Barapani Lake) wrapped in the beauty of an assortment of green Khasi-Pines and surrounded by sylvan hills and blue skies.     DAY 1 : ARRIVAL GUWAHATI
    Arrive Guwahati airport and meet our executive and after a warm welcome drive to hotel and check-in. After a light refreshment visit Sankardev kalashetra, Basistha Ashram, Science Museum and Balaji Temple (All depends on time). Evening is free and after dinner overnight stay at Guwahati.
     
    DAY 2 : GUWAHATI TO KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK
    Morning after breakfast visit Maa Kamakhya Temple. After darshan transfer to Kaziranga. On the way visit Tea Gardens. Arrive Kaziranga and check-in hotel / resort and after dinner overnight stay at Kaziranga.
     
    DAY 3 : KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK TO SHILLONG
    Early in the morning (5:00 am) we will start for Elephant safari in the Western range of the park, for one hour and back to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast we will take you inside the Estern range of the park in a Jeep safari, after completion of the Jeep safari check out from the hotel and proceed to Shillong, also called as “Scotland of the East”. It takes almost 7 hours to reach the destination. While traveling you may visit the Lum Nehru Park at Umium and majestic Umiam Lake (commonly known as Barapani Lake) wrapped in the beauty of an assortment of green Khasi-Pines and surrounded by sylvan hills and blue skies. Reaching at Shillong you may visit Don-Bosco Museum, Cathedral Church, Police Bazar etc. Check in a hotel and stay overnight at Shillong.
     
    DAY 4 : CHERRAPUNJEE SIGHTSEEING
    After early breakfast check out from hotel and explore some sightseeing of beautiful Shillong like– Lady Hydari Park, Ward’s Lake, Shillong Peak the highest peak of Meghalaya which is at an altitude of 1965 meters above the sea level, Elephant Falls, definitely the most popular tourist site of Shillong. Also you can explore the Sacred Forest. Next proceed to Cherrapunji which is credited as being the wettest place on the Earth. On the way you can visit the Duwanshing Syiem a panoramic view point of Meghalaya. Explore the major tourist attraction of Cherrapunji i.e.- Wah Kaba Falls, Garden of Caves, Dain-Thlen Water Falls, Arwah Cave, Nohkalikai Falls, Eco Park, Mausmai Cave, Seven Sister Falls, Thangkharang Park (Wednesday closed) etc. Back to hotel and overnight stay at Shillong.
     
    DAY 5 : EXCURSION TO MAWLYNNONG & DAWKI
    After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Dawki, a small village where the main attraction is the Umngot River that marks the natural separation between the Khasi and the Jaintia Hills. You can enjoy boat riding on crystal clear water in Umngot River (Shnongpdeng village) which is shared by India and Bangladesh. Take a glance of Indo Bangladesh Gate. After Dawki sightseeing, drive to Mawlynnong Village known as the cleanest village in Asia and the God’s own Garden. Visit the Living Root Bridge, a natural bridge formed with the roots of the trees. A little hiking is required to see the magnificent bridge. Enjoy the rural lifestyle inside the village, experience Tree House (watch tower) made by the local people of the village. After completing the sightseeing return to Shillong and stay overnight at Shillong.
     
    DAY 6 : SHILLONG TO MAWPHLANG – MAWSYNRAM TO SHILLONG
    After breakfast, start for the Mawphlang Sacred Forest, a unique way of preserving Nature. This Grove has also been named as Nature’s Own Museum as it has various types of plants, flowering trees, orchids and butterflies. After the Sacred Grove, we move on to Mawsynram to visit the Mawjymbuin Cave and the Mawlongbna Village. Evening Return to Shillong. Overnight stay at Shillong.
     
    DAY 7 : SHILLONG TO GUWAHATI
    Morning after breakfast half day local sightseeing at Shillong. Late afternoon drive back to Guwahati and check-in hotel. Evening if time permits enjoy river cruise on the river Brahmaputra (Timings: 12.30 PM - 2.30 PM for Lunch Cruise, 4 PM - 5 PM for Sunset Cruise, 8 PM for Dinner Cruise). After dinner overnight stay at Guwahati.
     
    DAY 8 : EXCURSION POBITORA WILD LIFE SANCTUARY
    Morning drive to Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary. It is almost 60 kms from the Guwahati city. This wildlife Sanctuary is famous for the Great One Horn Rhinoceros. Eventually in this Wildlife Sanctuary one can finds the highest density of population of One Horn Rhinoceros in the world. Apart from Rhino, Elephant, Asiatic Buffalo, Snakes, Monkey, common Indians & migratory Birds also available. Elephant / Jeep safari is available in this Sanctuary (Depending upon road condition inside Park). Back to hotel – Overnight stay at Guwahati.

The view points to enable visitors to better appreciate the beauty of the waterfall and its surroundings. The footpaths are hewn from the natural multi colored stones available in the area.
